Rinktum Pitty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. cream
    1 c. tomato juice
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cream butter and flour; add cream and tomato juice.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bring to boil; cook until thick.
    Add grated cheese.
    Serve on toast.
    Serves 4.
