Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten lightly
1 c. light or dark corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 unbaked deep dish pie shell
1 c. sugar
12 pecan halves
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, butter, vanilla and chopped pecans.
Pour into pie shell after mixing well.
Arrange the pecan halves on top of mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until center of pie is firm.
