Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. salad oil (oleo)
2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
3 c. grated raw carrots
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
-
Mix sugar and eggs in mixing bowl until fluffy.
Sift in remaining dry ingredients and mix well.
Stir in carrots and pecans.
