Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. frozen peas, cooked
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips or crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients and put into a baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips or corn flakes.
Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
