Squirrel Or Chicken Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken (2-3-lbs.) or 3 squirrels
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
    Salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Boil chicken or squirrels with salt and pepper until tender. When done, have at least 2 quarts broth left.
