Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 to 5 c. diced apples
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients.
Stir in apples and pecans.
Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
Smooth with spatula.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Do not overbake.
Cool 15 minutes and invert on plate. Pour hot frosting on immediately.
