Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. chow mein noodles
    1 can Chinese vegetables
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, diced
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. cashew nuts, broken
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, separate into bite-size pieces.
    Add onions and celery; simmer until tender.
    Combine ground beef mixture with remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Rice can be served with dish if desired.
