Low-Fat Finger Lickin' Good Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. low sugar apricot jam
    juice of 1/2 orange
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. raisins
    black pepper to taste
    4 skinless chicken breasts (6 oz. each)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients except chicken in a glass baking dish.
    Coat chicken in apricot mixture and lay flat in dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Turn chicken over. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
    Bake another 30 minutes until done.
    Serve with steamed carrots.
    Makes 4 servings.
