Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 c. crushed pecans
2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add eggs and oil, stirring until ingredients are moistened. Do not beat. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup chopped pecans and bananas. Put into greased and floured cake pans. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cool when done.
