Isalata Alassio - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices tomato
    12 slices Mozzarella
    1/4 c. chopped, fresh basil
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper
    wine vinegar
Preparation
    On a platter, arrange alternating slices of tomato and Mozzarella.
    Sprinkle with basil and dribble oil and vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Great with barbecue or any hot weather meal.
    Yields 6 servings.
