Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe

1 9 inch unbaked pie crust
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup butter melted
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 eggs separated
1 large lemon juiced and zested
1 cup milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Bake pie crust for 5 minutes. Cool. Combine sugar, flour, butter, salt and egg yolks; beat until smooth; add lemon juice and zest. beat at low, then add milk. Beat eggs whites until stiff. Fold them into lemon mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake 40 minutes until center is set.
