Christmas Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red bell peppers
    12 green bell peppers
    12 large onions
    1 bunch celery, chopped
    5 c. sugar (about)
    5 c. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Chop all peppers and onions and pour boiling water over them and let set 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Chop the celery and mix all together and bring to a boil.
    Combine the sugar, vinegar and salt and pour on and seal.
