Pineapple-Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt; mix well.
Chill; shape into a 4-inch ball and roll in pecans.
Yield:
about 2 1/2 cups.
