Marinade For Beef Or Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    2 c. crushed garlic cloves
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried parsley
    1/3 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Pour over meat and refrigerate for 2 hours. Turn meat over and marinate 2 more hours or overnight.
    Can be used more than once.
