Pecan Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with sugar.
    Add baking powder and vanilla and beat until mixed.
    Add crackers and nuts; pour into a buttered 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
    Cool until center sinks, then refrigerate.
    Let get real cold.
    Put Cool Whip over top to serve.
