Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 small red onion, separated into rings
1/3 c. toasted almonds (reserve to sprinkle on top)
1 bunch fresh spinach
red leaf, bibb, romaine or other lettuce to equal 6 to 8 servings
