Easy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 (2 layer) yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. cold water
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (16 oz.) ready to spread cream cheese frosting
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat salad dressing, cake mix, eggs, water and cinnamon at medium speed until well blended.
Stir in carrots and nuts.
Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely.
Spread with frosting or sprinkle powdered sugar over top of cooled cake.
