Hot Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. meat (1/2 sausage and 1/2 hamburger)
    1 can Hormel chili without beans
    1 lb. Velveeta Mexican cheese
    1 small can jalapeno relish
Preparation
    Brown meat, then put all together in a slow cooker on high until all cheese is melted (about 1 hour).
