Chicken And Cheese Filo Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 clove garlic, cut in half
1/2 lemon
2 Tbsp. oregano or basil
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. Mozzarella or Swiss, cut into 8 thin slices
16 sheets filo dough
1 stick butter, melted
8 thin slices ham or dried beef (optional)
Preparation

Divide each chicken breast in half.
Pound thin between sheets of waxed paper.
Rub chicken with garlic and lemon.
Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.
Center a slice of cheese and ham (optional)
on each portion and roll up neatly.
Line a cookie sheet with foil,
brush with melted butter and set aside.
Unwrap filo and cover with waxed paper and damp towel.
Brush a filo sheet with melted butter.
Top with second sheet and brush with butter.
Wrap chicken roll in filo and brush with butter. Continue with all rolls.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 45 minutes.
