Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag Ore-Ida hash browns
1 stick butter (margarine)
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
Preparation

Melt margarine and mix with sour cream and soup.
Grate cheese and stir in.
Mix in salt, pepper and hash browns.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes, until brown and bubbly.
Half way through, stir the mixture.
