Fruit Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. quick Minute tapioca
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
Preparation
    Mix together the tapioca, sugar, salt and 1 cup water. Add the remaining 1/2 cup water and the orange juice concentrate.
    Use over fruit.
