Orange Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    5 Tbsp. orange juice
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour tube pan.
    Combine first 3 ingredients and mix until creamy.
    Add flour, orange juice and extract and mix well.
    Pour into prepared pan and bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
