Cranberry Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 pt.) bottle cranberry juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. unpared apples
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Heat 1 cup cranberry juice.
Dissolve jello in hot juice.
Add remaining juice and salt.
Chill until partially set.
Stir in apples, celery and nuts.
Pour in mold; chill until firm.
