Seafood Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. crab legs or shrimp
    6 oz. cooked fettucini
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter; stir in flour.
    Gradually add half and half. Stir until thickened.
    Add Parmesan cheese.
    Stir until smooth. Fold in crab legs and/or shrimp.
    Heat 3 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
