Ham And Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    2 c. ground, cooked ham
    1 small onion, minced
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    2 to 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, ham, onion, egg, parsley and marjoram; mix well.
    Shape into 4 to 6 cakes.
    Roll in cracker crumbs.
    Melt butter in a frying pan.
    Brown cakes in butter.
    Serve with scrambled eggs.
