Poached Salmon And Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 salmon fillets
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry dill weed
    1/2 c. sour cream
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Make a roux with flour and butter.
    Poach salmon in wine and chicken broth.
    Remove and place on a platter; keep warm.
    Reserve broth.
    Using roux, add broth.
    Then add sour cream, salt, pepper, dill weed and Worcestershire sauce.
    Serve salmon and pass sauce to pour over each portion.
    Serves 4.
