Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. black walnuts
1 c. coconut
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. peeled, finely chopped apples

Preparation

Mix all at once.
Bake in angel food cake pan, floured and greased.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
