Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. hot sausage
    3 medium onions, finely chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    3 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
    1/4 c. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. ground oregano
    2 (28 oz.) cans whole tomatoes with juice, finely chopped in blender
    3 (16 oz.) cans Brooks hot and spicy chili beans
    cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Combine ground chuck, sausage, onions, garlic and jalapeno peppers in large pan.
    Brown, then drain well.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Cook over low heat 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Serve with grated sharp Cheddar cheese on top.
