Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix together cornmeal, soda and salt.
    Add eggs, oil and buttermilk.
    Beat until smooth.
    Heat cast iron skillet on the stove until hot.
    Pour in batter and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
