Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ziti or any pasta
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 3/4 qt. tomatoes
    1/2 lb. shredded sharp cheese
    1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning (or to taste)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Boil ziti (pasta) 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    In large pot fry onions in
    olive
    oil
    until
    golden.
    Add
    tomatoes, Italian seasoning and
    shredded cheeses. When cheese melts, add ziti. Then
    place in
    greased
    9
    x
    13-inch
    pan.
    Put more cheese (preferably Mozzarella) on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until top gets brown.
