Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef roast
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    2 c. water
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix and pour over roast.
    Cook 4 to 5 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Keep covered while cooking.
