Coconut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 coconut, grated
2 apples, pared, cored and chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
3 chili peppers
2 level Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley, coarsely chopped
Preparation

Mix, cover with French dressing, chill and serve in lettuce shells or in scooped-out tomatoes.
