Company Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    3 sticks celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can mushrooms
    1 c. plain rice
    2 pkg. noodle soup mix
    4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Saute celery, onion and bell pepper; add sausage and brown. Drain excess liquid.
    Add rice and noodle soup mix and boiling water.
    Put in large casserole dish.
    Cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
