Easy Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns or O'Brien potatoes, partially thawed
    16 oz. sour cream
    2 c. shredded Colby/Monterey Jack cheese
    1 can cream of potato soup or mushroom soup
    1/2 can milk
    chopped onion and pepper (add if not using O'Brien potatoes)
    2 c. corn flakes (for topping)
    1/4 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Put into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Crush 2 cups corn flakes and pour evenly over potatoes.
    Drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
