Chicken-N-Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pieces chicken
    2 1/2 c. rice
    2 pkg. Lipton Cup-a-Soup (cream of chicken)
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    1 onion
    salt and pepper
    5 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Boil chicken; let cool.
    Pick chicken off the bone.
    In a large pot, combine chicken, rice, cream of chicken soup, onion, water, sausage (cut in round pieces) and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil; turn on low.
    Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
