Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    1 tsp. salt
    some pepper to taste
    1/4 c. raw rice
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 can water
    1 c. vegetable of choice
    1/2 bag Tater Tots
Preparation
    Brown beef with onion, salt and pepper.
    Put in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Add rice, soups, water and vegetable; mix together.
    Put Tater Tots on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
