Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium zucchini or summer squash, cubed
    2 carrots, shredded or chopped
    1 or 2 onions
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 box croutons
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Parboil squash and carrots.
    Saute onions in the butter. Drain squash and carrots.
    Combine all ingredients in casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
