Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 self-rising flour
    12 oz. beer, freshly opened (chilled or room temperature)
Preparation
    Heat the oven to 375\u00b0.
    Lightly grease loaf pan.
    In medium bowl mix flour and beer.
    Stir until mixed thoroughly.
    Scrape into prepared pan.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes until top is lightly browned and sides pull away from the pan.
    Cool on rack.
    Store in airtight container up to 3 days.
    Freeze up to 3 months.
