Lemon Broiled Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    3/4 c. unsalted sweet butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. sage
    3 lb. fresh fish (fillet of sole, flounder, haddock, halibut, salmon, trout or whiting)
Preparation
    Combine lemon juice, butter and sage.
    Pour over fish. Marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
    Remove fish from marinade, reserving marinade.
    Broil fish until it flakes easily when tested with a fork, brushing occasionally with marinade.
