Mock Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    6 hard-boiled eggs
    2 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
    1/2 lemon, squeezed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Steam cauliflower until tender.
    Add sliced eggs, mayo, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Stir gently and serve.
