Frozen Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. chopped maraschino cherries
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 medium bananas, diced
Preparation
    Whip the whipping cream until fluffy and smooth.
    Blend with sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
    Fold in pineapple, cherries and bananas.
    Freeze overnight in muffin tins lined with paper liners or a glass 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Cut into individual servings and serve on lettuce leaf.
    Serves 12 to 14.
