Spanish Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground cumin
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. long grain rice
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook chicken in hot oil until brown.
    Remove from skillet. Add onion, green pepper, garlic, chili powder, cinnamon, cumin and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
    Cook until vegetables are tender. Drain excess fat from the skillet.
