Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. onion, diced
    1 to 2 large cloves garlic, diced
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste * or 1 can tomato paste and 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 Tbsp. sugar to taste
    dash of oregano to taste
    dash of sweet basil to taste
Preparation
    *Tomato paste makes thicker sauce.
