Christmas Morning Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
6 slices white bread, crusts trimmed and cubed
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Line a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish with bread.
Crumble sausage over bread, add cheese on top of sausage.
Mix eggs, milk and seasonings together; pour over ingredients in dish.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, covered the first 15 minutes.
Yields 12 to 15 servings.
