Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 (8 oz.) jar cheese spread
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in oleo.
    Add broccoli.
    Cook for 3 minutes.
    Stir in cheese, soup and milk.
    Stir until smooth. Place rice in 8-inch square baking dish.
    Pour cheese mixture over top.
    Do not stir.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
