Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peas or yellow eye beans
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/4 lb. salt pork, diced
    1/2 to 3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. or more catsup
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. A.1. or Worcestershire sauce
    2 or more c. boiling water
Preparation
    Cover beans with water and let soak overnight.
    Drain and cover with water and simmer them long and slowly.
    Place a few beans in a spoon and blow on them.
    If the skins burst, they are sufficiently cooked.
    Drain and add ingredients.
    Put in crock-pot 6 to 8 hours on high.
    If in oven, bake at 250\u00b0.
