Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 small jar pimento
    1 can French fried onions (1/2 can mixed in and 1/2 can on top)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
    Do not overbake; keep vegetables crunchy.
    (Thaw package of frozen vegetables.)
