Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. Mrs. Filbert's soft margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix margarine, sugar and eggs together thoroughly. Sift together and stir in the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Chill dough 20 minutes. Roll dough into balls about the size of small walnuts.
    Roll in a mixture of the 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.
    Place about 2-inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake until slightly browned (about 7 minutes) in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven.
