Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
2 eggs
1/4 c. butter
small onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. sour cream or mayo
1 c. crackers
Preparation

Mix together. Shape into small cakes. Fry until golden in mixture of 1/2 butter and 1/2 oil.
