Lemon Cream Cooler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade, thawed
    8 oz. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients; mix well.
    Add lemonade concentrate; chill until thick and syrupy.
    Gently fold in whipped cream.
    Pour into individual serving cups and chill until firm.
    Garnish, if desired, with fresh mint leaves or fruit.
    Serves 8.
    Can be made a day ahead.
